How It Works
Before shooting your products, we will discuss your ideas in detail and then determine the best way to photograph your products, and answer any questions that you have. If you are interested in having your products shot on a background other than white, we will review the options and decide what will work best with your products. This can be done by phone or email… whatever works best for you.

A 50% deposit is required to start your project. Payments can be made by Credit Card through PayPal.
Ship Your Items
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation with instructions on where to ship your items. Please make sure to select your best display items – make sure the items are in top condition and that any labels or tags are straight.
Confirmation of Receipt of Products
Once your products have been received, they will be inspected to make sure there hasn’t been any damage during shipment. You will then receive a confirmation of receipt. We will also review your order, address any questions and finalize details before beginning to photograph your items.
After your products have been photographed, the photos will be edited to remove any dust particles and to ensure proper color, tone and brightness.
Proofing Your Order
You will receive an email with instructions and a password to access your online client proofing gallery. If revisions are required, once they are completed and they will then be uploaded to your gallery.
Order Completion and File Delivery
Once you choose the images you want and the balance of your project has been paid, you will receive instructions on how to download your files. High-quality, high-resolution (300 dpi) images are included with all packages. If you need a specific sized file or a lower resolution photo, just let me know. Images can also be mailed on a disk if you prefer – just ask!
All items will be carefully repackaged to ensure a safe trip back to you. For your convenience, return shipping charges can be applied to your UPS or FedEx shipper account. If you do not have a shipping account, return shipping charges will be applied to your final billing balance.
If you would prefer your items not be returned, they can be disposed of or donated at your direction.
